Contractor personnel serving in designated High Risk Roles (HRR) are required to comply with the Sponsor's screening program, whereby completion of a medical screening process to obtain a medical clearance is required. The Sponsor will determine the appropriate level of medical screening based on the High Risk Roles specifically identified by the GTM.
INTRODUCTION
The Sponsor's office is responsible for developing and delivering enterprise software that drives collaboration data analysis, and intelligence sharing for officers around the world. The Sponsor's portfolio consists of over 100 systems that are mostly custom applications along with a small number of COTS products and Enterprise Cross Domain hardware and software.
The Sponsor requires Project Integration and Management support who specialize in support tasks that require the collection, compilation, evaluation and publication of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations as it pertains to IT projects. Sponsor requires portfolio and project management support in accordance with Sponsor practices.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor shall report to the Sponsor's front office and shall receive tasking directly from the Sponsor. Priorities will be managed by the Sponsor's Government Task Manager (GTM) and Staff Project Manager (PM). The Contractor Team will interface directly with the Sponsor's GTM.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with gathering IT program requirements, and schedule performance matters and issues relating to IT projects.
  • The Contractor shall ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the Sponsor is clear and unambiguous.
  • The Contractor shall ensure program and project reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with the completion of all necessary programmatic artifacts required to effectively and successfully manage the program and are created, maintained, and made available to the Sponsor's GTM or Staff PM in a document repository approved by the Sponsor.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with providing executive technical writing support, editing, and integration of various sources into a cohesive products and narratives.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with composing and editing briefings, formal reports, documents, deliverables, and actions.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with maintaining records, reports, documentation, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence as it pertains to IT project management.
  • The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with ensuring accuracy in portfolio and project management documentation.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
  • Demonstrated experience assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements
  • Demonstrated experience composing, editing, and conducting quality assurance for: briefings, formal reports, proposals, project deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft EXCEL formulas and Pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated experience with program reviews and control gates as it aligns with timelines and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and project managers to prepare executive plans and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience developing cost models for IT services.
  • Demonstrated experience with executive technical writing, editing, and word processing, integration of various sources into cohesive products and narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and strategic planning as it pertains to building enterprise-wide service roadmaps and milestone formulation.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
  • Demonstrated experience working in Sponsor's existing portfolio and project management tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience of Sponsor's portfolio and project management timelines and process as it adheres to program reviews and control gates.
  • Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's legacy AWS Management Console.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor community partners.
  • Certified Scrum Master {CSM) or relevant work experience.
