This position provides direction and oversight to agency programs, ensuring that they continue to grow and improve in their service to families. This role is required to develop strategic alliances with like-minded organizations, promote the vision of the Leadership Board and Executive Director, and work collaboratively with middle management to establish effective strategic goals annually. Additionally, this role will provide general oversight of administrative, clinical and evaluation services for family-based interventions, including but not limited to the Health Families home visiting program, Family Connects Maryland home visiting program, Circle of Parent support groups, Parents as Teachers home visiting program, and other models as assigned. The incumbent will assume leadership responsibilities with accrediting organizations and design an annual review of program outcomes to ensure a high standards of performance and to prioritize the continuous improvement of services provided to families.

This position has a hiring range of $95 to $100K, based on experience.

Education/Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in senior management in a human services or non-profit agency.
- Experience with diverse funding strategies.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, preferably experience in grant writing.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or other human service field and Mental Health license requirements (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT)
Work environment:
- Must work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be prepared to travel to various program sites and various communities.
- A driver's license and insured vehicle is necessary to fulfill the duties and responsibilities for the position.
