ClinDCast is looking for Epic Grand Central Analyst

  • Certifications: Must have Grand Central/Prelude certification; WFM or TA Epic certification required.
  • Role: Act as a bridge between end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design and optimize applications.
  • Support: Provide application support and collaborate with the Service Desk to handle service requests.
  • Analysis: Analyze business needs, requirements, and workflows to apply application knowledge effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with customers on analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation of medium to high-complexity projects.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Possess strong healthcare knowledge and systems expertise.
  • Implementation: Implement complex applications with minimal guidance.
  • Skills: Self-motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
