Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and handling client inquiries
- Conduct introductory rental & sales phone conversations with clients
- Prepare traffic reports
- Compile and update open house Information
- Assign clients to our associates and managing calendars
- Support our agents with managing residential deals and processing paperwork
- Educate customers on the rental process
- Establish/build rapport and interacting with agents and landlords
- Participate in recruiting and training and assisting with business development projects
- Work closely with assistant manager, listings manager, and executive assistant
- Participate in weekly management meetings
- Ensure a top-notch customer experience
- Organize and maintain files and calendars
- Day-to-day management functions
Qualifications:
- Valid NY State Real Estate license is required
- Must have significant Manhattan residential real estate experience
- 4 year college degree required
- Strong values and high ethics
- Winning "can do" attitude
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Superior phone etiquette
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment
