The Manager, Terminal Shared Services is a key member of the administration team responsible for the implementation and leading the Terminal Shared Services function. These are functions that have been previously managed by terminal operations but are now moving to shared services. This position will work with key stakeholders to identify functions that would best fit under the shared services model, then develop plans to implementation and migrate to shared services while meeting agreed upon SLA's in a continuous improvement environment. This position will also be responsible to determine the best model to support by either insourcing or outsourcing and centralized or decentralized. The position will build the necessary processes, controls and reporting to ensure efficiency, quality and timing SLA's are met or exceeded.

How You'll Help
- Manage administrative functions that get transitioned into Shared Services
- Analyse processes to improve effectiveness.
- Work closely with terminal staff to provide timely turnarounds.
- Escalate issues within established guidelines to ensure timely processing.
- Work closely and provide feedback to internal departments to ensure accuracy.
- Multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgency.
- Other related duties as may be required.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related field, an asset.
- A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 10-year experience in a billing department, transportation, or related field
- 5 years supervisory experience in a quickly changing environment.
- Change management experience would be an asset
- Previous project management experience would be beneficial.
- Experience in, or exposure to complex supply chain management methodologies
- Communication skills - advanced
- Computer skills - accuracy, MS products, Oracle, TruckMate, web-based programs
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Detail-orientated with the ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to champion business needs collaboratively to colleagues
- Results focused.
- English and French
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Manage team of administration staff that are in multiple locations
