We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist for the Creative division within the Marketing organization. The successful candidate will work across creative analysis, asset ideation, execution, and iteration for Performance Marketing. Ideal candidates can demonstrate an understanding of creative thinking, user acquisition marketing, and information analysis. The role works in parallel with Creative & Brand Services, External Creative Agencies, Media Buyers, CRM & Lifecycle, Analytics, and various Marketing teams to build and optimize UA creative, App Store content, and other consumer touchpoint creative assets based on conversion, engagement, and ROAS.
Success in this role requires a strong bias for action and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Ideal candidates have a balance of left and right brain thinking, analytically driven creative decision-making, and organization. Having a strong analytical foundation is required. In addition to an interest in acquisition marketing strategies and tactics, the candidate will demonstrate good basic project management skills and require excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do:
- Dive deep into data to run insightful reports and analyze UA & CRM marketing performance, uncovering trends that drive success
- Craft innovative UA & CRM creative strategy plans for a diverse portfolio of titles, spanning multiple markets and properties
- Champion KPIs to boost consumer brand awareness, drive conversion, enhance engagement, and maximize ROI
- Be the go-to expert on competitor trends and industry marketing methodologies, keeping our strategies ahead of the curve
- Design and execute A/B testing plans and implement creative tests across various platforms to optimize performance
- Fuel creative brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and strategic insights, driving the team toward groundbreaking concepts
- Develop decks for reports, brainstorms, and approvals that effectively communicate our vision .
- Write creative briefs for internal creative artists and external agencies
- Lead the charge on project managing campaigns and tasks from ideation through to successful delivery
- Engage in meetings with internal teams, vendors, and partners
All About You:
- Ability to effectively project manage across multiple projects and stakeholder
- Interest in an analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement, campaign performance, and optimizations
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Proficient in PowerPoint and presentations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail
- Ability to plan strategically but stay on top of tactical execution
- Familiarity with the Facebook platform, video networks, and playable ads
- Familiarity with high-quality 'outside the box' creative
- Familiarity with real money gambling creative competitive landscape and best practices
- Familiarity with user acquisition KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS)
- 4+ years of acquisition marketing experience, either in media buying or creative production/strategy
Nice to Have Skills or Interests:
- Creative agency experience and/or real money gambling PM, and/or UA experience
- Experience with Jira software, Adobe Creative Suite, FB Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, App stores, and Sensortower
- Experience in the gambling industry
- Experience or interest in sports
