- Monitor daily operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management within a unionized environment.
- Background in industries such as logistics, distribution, or warehouse management preferred, with a strong understanding of hourly employee management.
- Proven track record of leadership in challenging environments, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement.
