Site Manager: The Site Manager is responsible for leading all project activities on site by ensuring the performance of all work at the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Lead and support all Construction Managers their teams. (one-Community)
• Provide direction, understanding and communication for the overall project scope, plans and specifications to teams to ensure their success. ( full-Commitment)
• Demonstrate, expect, and create accountability for first-time excellence on all jobs performed. (true- Craftsmanship)
• Identify needed skill development and provide instruction for team members to ensure work is performed, and the company is represented with, trust and integrity. (high-Character)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
