We are looking for an Industrial Sales Manager-Mid-Market West to join our FE_WIBU team in United States.

Position Summary:

The Outside Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of Industrial Screening Applications within assigned territory. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a strong emphasis on maintaining Key Accounts, converting marketing leads and self-generated leads to sales for Industrial Screening Solutions. In addition, you will be required to build long-term relationships with an existing customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing programs, and selling new technologies.

The role requires aggressive sales activity, cross-departmental collaboration, independent initiative, and solution-based selling skills to be successful. The ideal candidate should have a proven hybrid sales approach selling through manufacturers' representatives and direct sales of equipment, preferable, within Industrial Wastewater business-to-business solution sales and proven consistently exceeding quota. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable interacting with all levels within customer organizations and developing/building relationships across an organization.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Extensive travel required throughout USA with in plant involvement.
  • Extensive training will be provided to support a successful outcome.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focusing on the targeted customers and prospects.
  • Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing new customer opportunities and expanding existing customer opportunities within your territory.
  • Responsible for responding to and developing leads in conjunction with marketing team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the sales pipeline for all opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics, our CRM system.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Meet and exceed company profit expectations on all sales transactions.
  • Attract, generate, manage, record and convert leads from inbound telephone, trade show and website activity.
  • Attend trade shows, on occasion, to generate new leads.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Build exceptional internal relationships with all JWC departments and divisions.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities within their assigned territory.
  • Maintains a professional image as a representative of the Company.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to Company Values with excellent communication and collaboration.

Position To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required:
  • Technical aptitude and experience within industrial equipment sales.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, negotiating, handling objections, qualifying, and closing skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
  • Minimum of five years of industrial equipment sales.
  • Attended or obtained certificates from professional sales training and/or technical school are a plus.
  • Understands and deploys tactics on strategic selling.
  • A passion to learn and investigate opportunities. Inquisitive and entrepreneurial.
  • Ability to acquire or possess understanding of industrial equipment and wastewater processes.
  • A highly-organized individual who uses software to manage tasks, mid-range and long-range goals.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations over the telephone, video conference and in person.
  • Exceptional selling skills as demonstrated by results achieved.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Industrial Wastewater experience with previous screen sales a plus.
