The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees. As a Recruiter at Crunchyroll, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent at Crunchyroll.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple, complex searches, devising creative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent for each position
- Craft and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to identify target profile criteria and ensuring alignment with the hiring team
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pipelining, market analysis, and competitive intel
- Form relationships with hiring managers, actively involving them in the recruitment process to meet their specific hiring needs
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in your sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Lead and facilitate meetings while taking the lead on critical initiatives and projects within client groups and the recruiting teams, embodying our commitment to Kaizen, and working towards achieving enhanced scalability in our recruitment operations

- You have 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within in fast-paced, high-growth technology company supporting the LATAM region
- You have a proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates at various levels of seniority
- You're able to build and maintain robust pipeline of technical talent to support current and future hiring needs
- You identify and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- You use data insights and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
- You understand technical roles, skills, and market trends
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams
- You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- You are proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software; Greenhouse is preferred
- You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
