VP of IT (Dynamics 365)

SUMMARY

The VP of Information Technology works closely with the CEO to navigate the tech landscape, overseeing IT systems integration and managing IT operations. This role leads a team responsible for systems, architecture, data governance, risk management, cybersecurity, global infrastructure, and transformations. It aligns IT strategy with business units to enhance customer experience and data quality and support business growth through optimized data infrastructure and Cloud strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align digital transformation strategies with company core values and mission to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Manage overall architecture and framework.
• Improve data infrastructure to support analytics, personalization, and reliable information access across the company.
• Collaborate with other executives across the organization regarding new IT projects' business value, cost, and risk potential.
• Drive effective change management across business leaders and organizations.
• Build a Delivery Management capability within the company's technology initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and decision-making with executive leadership.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and implement initiatives that help improve IT performance, market share, and profit.
• Support effective customer-facing e-commerce platforms and technology for the company's growing fleet of connected machines.
• Implement IT policies, protocols, and standards to ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Manage department budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet strategic objectives and maintain high levels of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in information systems, computer science, business management, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years in IT management, consulting, or a related role.
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional global continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting global ERP systems (D365 preferred), SCM, CRM, and Master Data Management infrastructure.
• Experience defining and rationalizing KPIs/metrics for measurable improvements tied to EBITDA or business-impacting results.
• Strategic visionary who can connect the dots in product, service, manufacturing, and customer-focused environments.
• Politically savvy with strong partnering skills and comfort leading through ambiguity.
• Effective in a fast-paced environment, working independently or under direction.
