Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager

AA Medical is a leading medical device company dedicated to innovating and delivering advanced medical solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns, personalized content, and customer journeys.
• Optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes to drive engagement and sales.
• Utilize Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Audience Builder.
• Configure data models, data extensions, and contact models to ensure effective campaign management.
• Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to improve results.
• Create complex sender profiles related to CRM data, configure business units as needed, and manage reply mail management.
• Set up data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems in collaboration with the IT team.
• Automate marketing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Manage content libraries within Marketing Cloud to streamline content creation and distribution.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to marketing campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track ROI and campaign effectiveness to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with CRM integration to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.
