Job Title: Director College and Career Readiness

Key responsibilities:

Program design: support the initial scoping by participating in the design process, including: discovery analysis, selection process, determining requirements, and needs assessment; prepares requirements and reviews current process, procedures, and standards.

Program execution: oversees and administers day to day operations of various programs and related activities. Monitors short term work plans and schedules to track progress; identifies, analyzes and mitigates risks; creates and delivers presentations; performs analysis on program activity, collects data and presents reports to convey outcomes. Identifies process improvement, create efficiencies, and uncovers gaps. Develops resources, such as templates, forms and process.

Project management: sets and monitors new program priorities, including: objectives, benefits, key deliverables, and resources. Manages long and short term work plans and schedules to track progress; ensures milestones are attained; identifies analyzes and mitigates project risks, solving for project "road blocks'; assess outcomes and lessons learned; provides timely and accurate project deliverables.

Stakeholder engagement: maintains close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Administers communication strategies and plans to ensure full alignment to key decisions and program direction. Supports change initiatives serves as the primary liaison with respect to program implementation; provides technical/professional and programmatic guidance, consultation, and support to client constituencies as appropriate.

Essential Functions:
  • Builds relationships with external partners; implements and monitors memorandums of understanding with partners and stakeholders
  • Overseas concurrent enrollment programming and expansion, Advanced Placement and pre-AP
  • Works collaboratively to define Career and Technical Education pathways for students
  • Overseas program onboarding processes for student and parents
  • Coordinates field trips, work-based learning experiences and summer opportunities
  • Oversees budget for post-secondary readiness programs and concurrent enrollment
  • Collects and analyzes data and trends; proactively identifies and makes recommendations to school leadership to address areas of concern
  • Develops and facilitates related training and orientation for students, teacher and staff
  • Ability to engage community members in programming and student participation.
  • Ability to manage a team of parent and family liaisons.
  • Works closely with schools to develop college and career opportunities
  • Works with school liaisons to create parent engagement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education : Master's degree

Licensure and Certification Required:- 3 or more years of secondary education, post secondary readiness or related field.
