Job Title FP&A Manager Job Description About our FP&A Manager role:
The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal role in integrating the reporting and analysis of revenue, costs, metrics, and headcount to support the creation of a cohesive, factual narrative explaining performance for North America. This position serves as the primary point of contact for Group Finance requests pertaining to the North America region. The FP&A Manager will lead critical financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of costs and headcount, while partnering with key departments to deepen the understanding of how topline metrics impact revenue.

You have the opportunity to lead and shape the financial strategy of a leading company in the North America region workng closely with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, and Sales. Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-day activities:
In this role, you will lead and manage North America's cost and headcount budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. You will partner with various departments to understand and influence how topline metrics impact revenue and will calculate, analyse, and provide commentary on SaaS metrics. You will develop and refine financial models, track and analyse key metrics, and identify business risks and opportunities. Synthesising information from multiple sources to understand key revenue and cost drivers, you will translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will drive process improvements in Commercial Finance to support scalable growth, producing timely and accurate management reporting and audit support on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Additionally, you will oversee the review and consolidation of actual and forecast data on expenses and headcount, support the MBR process, including review and quality assurance, and develop and evaluate performance reporting requirements and analysis. Managing month-end, budgeting, and forecasting timelines to ensure alignment between stakeholders and systems will be key, as will acting as a liaison for Group, Segment, and Corporate finance matters. You will coordinate the capture and reporting of KPIs and SaaS Analytics and perform variance analysis on KPIs and SaaS Metrics.
