Job Description:
Primary objective will be to play a customer facing role (in Sourcing / Procurement/ Broader
Supply Chain area) , understand the business process, plan& lead workshop/ discussions, gather
requirements, manage pain points, understand data needs and gaps, lead cross functional
meetings, align cross functional SMEs, , adept in conflict resolutions, in create process design
summary and manage the project team
Work with TCS customers to understand their business challenges in areas of sourcing and
procurement, and provide right solutions (process, tool and organization capability)
Lead TCS supply chain team in projects
Be the thought leader in area of sourcing and procurement to develop new service offerings,
White Papers, Point of Views
Qualifications:
1. Hands on business experience in sourcing and procurement - Strategic sourcing, category
management, vendor management, supplier quality
2. Exposure to the sourcing / procurement technology tools and solutions
3. Experience in working with large organizations, diverse teams
4. Experience in "service organization" operating model
5. Experience in managing large programs or initiatives
6. Strong proven communication and collaboration skills
