AT A GLANCE
The Associate Director of HCP Strategic Development in an integral member of the Healthgrades organization primarily responsible for leading client growth/renewals, market optimization, and structuring healthcare provider-focused digital marketing solutions targeting the life science industry. In addition, they will provide support to our national account leads and management of our current product portfolio for our brand and agency clients. The Associate Director serves as an expert on both the healthcare and digital media industries with a focus on developing strategic programs aimed at building a strong ongoing value proposition to support the needs of Healthgrades clients. They are responsible for working cross-functionally to create/optimize our overall account strategy in conjunction with the wider HCP Strategic Development team.
The Associate Director will serve as a product portfolio subject matter expert and will be responsible for helping ensure market effectiveness of these products including development/refining of product messaging and sales tools and field support for client RFPs and presentations. They must have the ability to understand our clients' marketing goals and then position our product solutions to meet each clients' unique needs.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
- Maximize Healthgrades growth and market success with leading clients, including pharmaceutical drug, medical products, and other health marketers.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop large-scale, innovative marketing solutions that address market opportunities, media planning objectives and deliver superior value to Healthgrades platform.
- Elevate and expand client partner relationships while earning a position on our clients' planning and brand leadership teams.
- Support ongoing sales planning and market research activities, including management of 3rd party market research projects, data analysis and formal research report-outs to clients, agency partners and brand teams.
- 4+ years experience in healthcare digital promotion with emphasis on the healthcare professional audience or a related field focused on pharmaceutical and/or digital marketing expertise
- Or 4+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, marketing, advertising, and/or product management within pharmaceutical, medical device, media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related degree; and an additional 4 years' experience as described above.
- Ability to interpret market research, and statistics and synthesize results for clients
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently - self-motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate for success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including high level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Starting Salary: $108,400 - $120,000
