Qualifications:
Master's degree with a major in educational administration/curriculum and instruction
Hold or be eligible for Indiana certification as a principal
Successful teaching and administrative experience
A role model with integrity, self-confidence and optimism
An instructional leader who has a vision for students, staff and school
Has familiarity with instructional and administrative uses of technology
Has Knowledge of special education and AP programs
A skilled communicator who speaks and writes effectively, listens well, and responds in ways that
enhance openness and credibility
A strong executive leader with the ability to delegate effectively and support others in ways that
lead to high levels of performance
Strong advocate for parental involvement in schools
An individual with a demonstrated ability to respect, motivate and develop staff
A leader with a high level of energy, a sense of humor, and a genuine interest in the goal of
personal and professional development
A leader who will implement school improvement plans as directed by AdvancED/NCA District Accreditation
Attend all evening events sports and other activities.
