Job Overview:

As a Regional Manager you'll be responsible for managing communities, assisting in training and development of Managers and associates and assists in building and maintaining relationships to aide in the growth of the company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assure that the policies, resolutions and goals of the Boards are carried out.
  • Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements o f a community association.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, homeowners and Board of Trustees.
  • Have general knowledge and understanding of building systems and components.
  • Be available to be on-call to handle after-hours emergencies.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the company and Associations.
  • Assist the Board in preparing an Emergency/Disaster Preparedness Plan, if applicable.
  • Update and maintain community information in Connect, including but not limited to the Community Website, Community Projects, Management Reports and all Association documents and forms.
  • Full utilization of all FirstService systems such as Connect, ADP, FirstClass, Avid, Accounting systems, WelcomeLink , IT Support Helpdesk, where applicable.
  • Attend , schedule and lead regular training, ongoing education and development sessions.
  • Attend manager meetings.
  • Mentor, train and educate community managers, onsite staff and other team members.
  • Attend HOA meetings with or in the absence of the manager.
  • Manage and track action, relationship and management plans on all accounts.
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be directed and required .


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of accredited college program or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years of HOA property management experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated successful leadership in current or prior roles
  • Excellent word processing, mathematic and computer skills required
  • Commitment to obtain/continue CPM, PCAM, ARM or AMS designations or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and effectively with team associates, HQ matrix personnel and other senior executives
  • Experience in strategic planning, analysis and execution
  • Experience with budget planning, analysis and execution

Compensation :

$80,000-$90,000/annually
