Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.

Highlights of your role
- Apply knowledge of customer experience, systems, and business processes to proactively
identify improvement opportunities for Customer Services. - Lead the development of our continuous improvement roadmap and the metrics that
sustain an improved experience for internal and external customers. - Employ project management skills and best practices that ensure successful
project execution and completion. This includes:- Project definition and scope, identifying deliverables, identifying people and resource
requirements, and developing schedules and budget needs.

- Organize, coordinate, and manage team collaboration to exceed project
expectations. This includes:- Identify and define standard CI methodology and best practices to be used
across the Customer Service organization. - Evaluate and improve CI team effectiveness to maximize collaboration and results.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and maintain CI projects status updates.
- Identify and define standard CI methodology and best practices to be used
- Mentor leadership and team members with their improvement project
skills and knowledge.
