Position Overview
The Business Development Manager supports the development and execution of Baker Barrios' WinSales strategies and corporate brand communications in an effort to increase the firm's visibility, market position, and marketing effectiveness. This person will contribute to the firm's awareness in the community and its markets locally and regionally; participate in coordinating marketing activities within the Orlando office and firm-wide. will support multiple projects as a "working strategist," both independently and as part of a collaborative team under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Organizational Communications, or related area preferred
Takes initiative, works independently with little guidance and works cohesively with a team.
A/E/C industry experience preferred.
Ability to prospect new clients, develop new business, and foster relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Believes in the BBA Mission, Vision and Values
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of BBA
Demonstrates sales acumen.
Ability to travel moderately within assigned territory
