Primary Objective:
In this hands on role, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for working with a multi-disciplined team to design, develop, and implement more cost-effective, automated methods of manufacturing and testing of electronic industrial products.

Major Areas of Accountability
- Design, develop, and implement automation methods of manufacturing and testing
- Design and generate schematics/electrical wiring diagrams
- Programming microcontrollers, PLCs, and other control devices to manage and regulate the behavior of the mechanical and electronic components in testing and manufacturing equipment
- Creating testing hardware design and development plans
- Design test fixtures and equipment for testing various output protocols
- Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions for production
- Build and assemble industrial control panels / racks and equipment
- Troubleshoot / debug and perform root-cause analysis on testing and production equipment
- Develop overall integration & test strategy and schedule test plans
- Continuously review equipment capacity and provide recommendations
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, with Mechatronics experience, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with 3D modeling software, creating part models and complex assemblies, preferably using Solidworks
- Experience designing schematics using Solidworks
- Experience programming various PLC's
- Understand basic programming languages
