Role Description & Responsibilities
BIOVIA , a subsidiary of DASSAULT SYSTEMES, is looking for a motivated BIOVIA Industry Process Experience Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA, or in one of our many offices around the US,in an onsite/hybrid role.
Scientists are at the heart of our solutions, and this role will be responsible for managing an experience which takes formulation scientists from an idea for a new product, through the design process, to making, testing, and analytics, all the way through to a new product specification.
As a key member of our team, you will focus on owning and enhancing the Formula & Recipe development industry processes to achieve excellence, thereby expanding DS and BIOVIA's market reach.
Leveraging your deep expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with a specific focus on Food & Beverage workflows, you will develop an industry solution roadmap.
This role entails collaborating with customers and internal DASSAULT SYSTEMES teams to translate scientific workflows into software solution requirements.
Leading workshops and engaging directly with customers are crucial aspects of this role, alongside coordinating with DS Product Managers to ensure seamless integration of workflows across product lines.
Your responsibilities also include defining and prioritizing workflows to reinforce BIOVIA's leadership in CPG/Food & Bev research, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and User Experience experts to deliver exceptional solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 8+ years as a Product Manager in Consumer Product Goods solutions, ideally in formulated food products
Demonstrated success in visualizing and identifying solutions for customer lab work
Proven experience leading workshops and engaging with customers
Familiarity with evaluating and proposing software solutions in the Food & Beverage sector
Data modeling experience of scientific processes is a plus
Strong understanding of formulated product development across various domains
Ability to translate business processes into software workflows and functional requirements
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse cross-functional teams

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
