DUTIES

The Employee will:
  • Develop and manage project designs, ensuring correct scope, necessary resources, and effective project management. Provide deployment support for new products and revised process flow requests across departments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and department experts for solution design and deployment. Provide inputs, deploy agreed configurations, support and track project progress, and review end-to-end product functionality, considering its impact on business operations, controls, and customer experience.
  • Assist in developing, deploying, and managing functional and system requirements based on customer and product demands, internal business needs. Establish procedures for quick and reliable problem resolution by the support organization.
  • Work with various departments, manage key vendor partnerships, and ensure product stability, customer experience, feature implementation, and growth aligned with company goals.
  • Serve as the interface between the user community and system provider groups/companies, managing and supporting the implementation of new products and services. Identify system solutions to improve operations and create cost saving opportunities for the Billing System.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise team to create, develop, and implement customized corporate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and MIS/Billing to ensure thorough testing and proper functionality of products before lunch.
  • Report and communicate project status updates to the Department Director and key project contacts. Assist the Department Director in meeting department goals aligned with the IT&E Mission and business strategy.
  • Serve as project manager on projects assigned by the Department Director.
  • Maintain partnerships and open communication with internal teams to accomplish project implementation and company-wide initiatives.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive operational plans for web and mobile application technology and resources to enhance revenue goals. Lead the development, design, update, and maintenance of mobile applications, related databases, integrations, and plan for future expansions.
  • Stay updated on job-specific procedures through training, seminars, conferences, professional memberships, and review technical research papers, reports, data trends, and professional journals.
  • Assist in developing standards, policies, and procedures for application programs. Manage their utilization and integrations with IT&E business practices.
  • Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned or required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (may be foreign equivalent)
  • 60 months of experience in Telecommunications Industry
