Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial capacity, leading engineering teams. You should possess a robust technical background in SAP, Autodesk Inventor & Vault, and some experience with Data Analysis tools like Power BI and MS Project is preferred.

As our Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in team management, project execution, and process optimization, ensuring seamless and efficient project delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering managers from our global locations to establish and implement best practices worldwide. Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Establish and refine efficient engineering processes to optimize productivity and quality.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Change Management: Implement and manage changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional teams to drive integrated project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Review engineering work for accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to project requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight in SAP (MM, CS, CA, CV), and Autodesk Inventor & Vault(modeling, Drawing, BOM, engineering Database).
• Effort Estimation: Develop accurate effort estimates for engineering tasks and projects.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues and challenges promptly, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 5-8 years in engineering roles with progressive responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical proficiency in SAP, Inventor, and Data Analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Managing Skills: Experience in developing and implementing new processes that result in quicker engineering output with enhanced quality.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP Planning production and procurement modules, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in Inventor, Ansys (CFD), Mathcad, and Computer-aided manufacturing.
