Unispace is seeking an Assistant Site Super. Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives and create solutions for a more profitable, effective and human business for Unispace's clients?
The Assistant Superintendent is assigned specific field operations on the project. They are responsible for timely and profitable completion of each assignment. This role will work under Lead Supers on different jobs, offering this person the opportunity to support multiple projects and gain experience through their superiors.

Base Pay Range
$85,000-$105,000 USD

Responsibilities:
- Identify issues of constructability during preconstruction
- Ensure on-time schedule delivery and exceed client satisfaction throughout the project
- Support the management of the day-to-day operations in the field to ensure construction progress and quality delivery.
- Work closely with Senior Site Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) to maintain and update project schedules as needed
- Serve as an exceptional relationship manager for all sub-contractors, ensuring a fair, safe and clean working environment
- Oversee snagging list to drive completion in a timely manner
Your experience:
- 2+ years' experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Site Manager
- Experience overseeing diverse teams of sub-contractors
- Experience with commercial interior fit-outs preferred but not essential
- Computer proficiency
- Eager to provide exceptional client satisfaction
