Business Development Manager providing solutions to the existing and new customer in the Automotive domain.

Responsibilities:

' Foster positive relationships with existing and new customers as their primary point of contact
Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Work with sales teams to generate new business

Educational:

-> Engineering Degree (Must - Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have)

Competencies:
15+ years' experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS)/Infotainment/ E-Mobility Domain
Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
Project management experience
Experience working with Global Teams
Background in Sales/Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Sharp business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude
