We are currently looking to fill a Project Manager role. This position requires Secret Clearance and is a hybrid role; in office and remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Task Order Management; Manage technical, business, and administrative planning.
    • Organize, coordinate, and track cost, schedule, and deliverables.
    • Ensure timely completion and presentation of assignments and deliverables.
    • Prepare written documentation of accomplishments.
    • Fulfill all reporting requirements as determined by customer.
  • Communication and Problem Resolution including keeping Contracting Officer (CO) and necessary personnel informed of potential problems within a specified time period and recommending solutions to identified issues.
  • Ensure all assignments are completed thoroughly and on time and provide oversight and supervision to ensure acceptable performance of contractor employees.
  • Manage changes to key personnel and notify appropriate leadership of non-key personnel departures and manage changes to key personnel.
  • Submit a draft Project Management Plan as part of the contractor proposal and update throughout the task order duration. This to include successful transition approaches, internal controls, QA processes, and change control procedures
  • Provide Financial Management Support; hands on technical hands-on technical and functional guidance, advice, and support to contractor personnel.
    • Manage deliverables and work products for each task.
    • Organize, direct, and coordinate work activities and review contractor staff work to meet schedule and reporting responsibilities and ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Provide analytical support to include comments, assessments, and recommendations for work products, documents, decision papers, and memorandums.
    • Draft and assist in developing analytical papers, business process improvement documents, and decision papers.
    • Maintain an Issues and Action Items List and present it as requested.
  • Present at and support executive level and strategic meetings and prepare and present meeting minutes within two business days.
  • Conduct bi-weekly task status meetings and submit a written monthly status report covering all tasks within five business days after the close of the month.
  • Perform a spot audit on 10% of deliverables monthly.
  • Provide, maintain, and update a quality assurance plan within forty-five (45) days after task order award, including performance metrics as stated in Appendix A of the PWS.
  • Assist and support Leadership on matters related to financial management, accounting, and application of FASAB principles, especially in high-profile situations.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in federal financial systems, audit, and internal control.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of Federal financial management and business management processes.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification is preferred.
