Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for more than 30 years. Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.

The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the overall operational administration of the Outpatient Services department. As a member of the Senior Leadership team this position ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent with the facility's goals and objectives and actively participates in a leadership role by consulting with facility management in designing and providing total patient care and services. Reports directly to the Group Director of Outpatient Services while maintaining a collaborative working relationship and communication with all Senior Management members.

Qualifications
Master's degree specializing in a clinical related mental health
LPC or LAC or LCSW, dual licensure highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience of clinical, administrative, and supervisory experience in intensive psychiatric and residential treatment programs.
Thorough working knowledge of The Joint Commission and all other federal and state regulatory standards.
Good verbal and written skills, leadership, organizational, supervisory, and administrative abilities.
Effective and thorough knowledge of multi-disciplinary inpatient and outpatient treatment and programming for child, adolescent, and young adult psychiatric population.
Mental ability to understand and perform the essential functions of the job.
