As a System Manager, Project Accountant and Planning, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview

• Work with Leadership to develop and maintain a long-range Master Facility Plan for Deaconess Health System.
• Assist Health System Leadership with strategic space planning to support growth initiatives and execution of the Health System facility master plan.
• Recommend and justify space needs based on volumes, profitability, and growth.
• Oversee the Real Estate portfolio for the Health System.
• Serve as a change agent for process improvement initiatives and develop operational workflows and future processes that include utilizing technology to reduce cost.
• Develop working budgets with the Assistant Project Managers and oversee minor construction, renovation and move management projects.

What you will need

• Previous accounting experience, either in healthcare or working with an Architecture/Engineering firm desired.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Master of Business Administration Degree preferred.
• 5 - 10 years experience in accounting, project management or planning.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels considering input from stakeholders.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
