The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst will support implementation of IBP process for Harbor Freight by providing business process modeling and development, financial analysis, report creation, and business intelligence for decision making. He/she will be responsible for designing, constructing, and publishing reports used by all IBP stakeholders including Senior Leaders. The IBP Analyst will also create ad-hoc reporting, perform analysis to help solve business problems. He/she will regularly collaborate across multiple business functions to enable and drive problem solving and business improvement. The ability to build and leverage strong relationships to achieve goals is critical.
This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills and calls for a self-starter with genuine investigative talents, ability to find, analyze and present information to assist in developing operational strategy and efficiency within the distribution center environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,100 - $95,500 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 80 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, generates, and publishes S&OP/IBP business process and documentation, metrics and dashboards required to facilitate monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) meetings and drive effective business decision making process
- Track IBP process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from IBP meetings
- Analyze, research, and communicate cost/benefit tradeoffs relating to key business decisions
- Assist in facilitating monthly IBP meetings
- Expert in latest reporting methods for Tableau and/or other latest applications
- Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending solution alternatives, and develops reports to track key metrics and results
- Collaborates with business partners and DC leadership to understand business needs, and identifies business analytics and reporting requirements
- Works closely with business leaders to develop new reports and enhance existing reports. Works with leaders within Engineering and Planning to develop best in class reports.
- Able to learn new analytics reporting technology and other data mining techniques, and apply them to the existing techniques in use at the DC
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between the stakeholders in support of major IBP initiatives.
- Performs ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support the IBP process in the event of any supply disruptions

Requirements
Job Qualifications -
Education and Experience:
- BS in Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math or Computer Science is highly preferred
- 1-3 years experience in Forecasting, Purchasing, Allocation, SC Planning, Supply Chain and/or DC operations
- Proficient in Power Point and Excel and advanced knowledge of MS Suite
- Working Knowledge of Access, Oracle SQL, and Tableau
- Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis and apply analytical best practices and methodologies
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Project/Program management skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as part of the job performance, and must be able to rely on judgment to accomplish goals
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) desired
General office environment requiring ability to:
- Stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
- Speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
- Use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
