We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards within Subsea business line at our Northwest Houston location.

We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards within Subsea business line at our Northwest Houston location.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis with quality inspectors to resolve shop quality challenges.
- File, investigate and close out NCRs for all discrepancies.
- Broad knowledge on inspection techniques and requirements
- Review customer PO requirements and request POs as needed.
- Conduct kick-off meetings to launch new projects with customers and shop staff.
- Follow up on and close out all job packets once manufacturing process is completed and review packets for reports after fabrication & machining.
- Coordinate final assembly and testing procedures and submit data to Documentation Department.
- Review data books to ensure completion before shipment to customer.
- Maintain calibration log to ensure accuracy and coordinate outside calibration testing as needed.
- Maintain inventory level for NDE consumables.
- Lead investigations on resolving customer complaints on quality issues.
- Lead internal quality audits and supplier quality audits.
- Communicate quality policy, standards, and requirements to internal customers.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in Subsea Environment is strongly preferred
- Promote the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. Ensure compliance to quality policy, standards and requirements.
