Alphanumeric is hiring a SERVICE SALES MANAGER to work in Orlando, FL with an environmental-friendly energy innovator focused on sustainability.
Manage all service sales marketing efforts and be the single point contact to manage all aspects of gas turbine, steam turbine and generator service sales including Profit & Loss, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc. for assigned fleet. With a focus on Account Management, LTSA and Transactional Sales, and fostering Executive Level Customer Relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Key Account Plans to include detailed knowledge of customer's organization, business goals, relationship status, and opportunities for business growth;
* Organize and facilitate customer Executive Meetings with the involvement of the team and customer executives;
* Work in tandem with LTSA Operations to plan and develop a strategy for selling service, parts, upgrades and modernizations for assigned Accounts;
* Work in tandem with New Generation Sales team to develop winning sales strategies for LTSA contracts on new units for assigned Accounts;
* Develop winning proposals which meet MP and customer requirements;
* Work directly with customer to identify outage and/or maintenance plans and communicate back to the organization;
* Support marketing efforts with participation in trade shows, user groups, presentations, etc.;
* Manage winning strategies with responsible product line(s), factory and MP senior management;
* Ability to review, break-down and make actionable detailed customer request for proposal (RFP);
* Communicate with MP management to develop and understand service, sales and marketing strategies for the Americas;
* Communicate with Japanese factories on service pricing strategy, cost estimates and quotations;
* Support the development of new product offerings and upgrades;
* Communicate with customers in the Americas to understand service needs via telephone, e-mail and personal visits;
* Protect company confidential information by not communicating, disclosing, or using for benefit of third parties and maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times;
* Perform other such duties as may be required.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources.
* Frequent overnight travel (at least 50%) by land, train and/or air.
* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
* Support ISO compliance and initiatives.
* Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
* Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties.

* Education and/or Experience: This position requires a Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business); or five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, PowerPoint and Word Processing software.
