Job Mission:

Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis and support to enable informed decision-making and ensure the organization's financial health and strategic goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:
    • Assists in developing and maintaining financial models for various business units and projects
    • Financial Reporting: Oversee, prepare, and analyze financial statements
    • Payroll processing and tax compliance
    • Participates in the annual budgeting and forecasting, including gathering data, analyzing trends, and making assumptions.
    • Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual results and budgeted or forecasted numbers.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support business needs and management decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand and integrate their financial requirements into the overall financial plan.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate any significant deviations or opportunities for improvement.
    • Participate in developing long-range financial plans to support the company's strategic goals.
    • Stay up-to-date on current economic trends and their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
    • Utilize financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Oracle Hyperion Planning) to perform complex calculations and build financial models.
    • Communicate financial information to various audiences effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Oversee and manage members of the Accounting department.

Required Experience:
    • BA/BS in Accounting & Finance (preferred) or BA in Analytics.
    • Five years experience in advanced accounting.
    • Experience leading or mentoring finance teams.

Desired Experience:
    • An MBA or a master's degree in finance or a related field.
    • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
    • Experience with data visualization tools like (Tableau or Power BI).
    • Proficiency with ERP systems.

Challenges:
    • Learning internal inventory process processes.
    • Maintaining yearly budgets.
    • Processing financials for multiple companies.
