QUALIFICATIONS
- BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the assigned account, treatment category, and relevant physician specialties, etc.
- A portfolio of healthcare work that disrupts the status quo
- A deep understanding of the different approaches to marketing to patients vs. HCPs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Art Direction through all phases. New business, pitching, ramp-up and delivery
- Communicate conceptual ideas in an effective manner. Translating big ideas into effective strategies for patient, caregiver and HCP audiences
- Partner with clients to understand brand, messaging, & creative vision
- Responsible for leading the team from inception to final product and ensures quality of content and style to meet the clients marketing strategies and objectives.
- Lead through example in account, time and budget management, creative and innovation best practices and creating a space for the best work product
SKILLS
- An ability to organize and write compelling verbal presentations accompanied with high-impact visuals
- A business acumen and a practical approach to balancing your creative appetite
- establish and maintain rapport and build relationships with cross functional partners
- Experience presenting concepts, messaging, ads, etc, alongside client to MLR teams
