Description
Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans. Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media. Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials to enhance training.

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature. Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
Required skills:

• Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• Ability to travel
• SIGINT and C++ experience
