We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Coaching Operations, Senior Director to oversee, optimize and transform our coaching operations across the Prevention Portfolio of products (Real Appeal, Real Appeal Rx, Wellos, Quit For Life). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management, a passion for improving patient care with modern digital technology and a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
  • Operational Leadership: Lead the healthcare coaching operations teams (includes Coaching Operations, WorkForce Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Vendor Management, Training and NPS), ensuring efficient delivery of coaching services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for scaling coaching operations, improving service offerings, and enhancing the patient engagement and experience. Bring perspective and knowledge of systems or tools needed to support transformative coaching operations.
  • Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency. Redesign and centralize our KPI metrics to drive an improved overall member experience and increase efficiencies.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of healthcare coaches and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Oversee training to ensure Coaches maintain industry best practice standards, establish and monitor performance metrics, quality standards, and KPIs to ensure service excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as technology, clinical operations, and business development to integrate coaching services seamlessly within our healthcare ecosystem.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling healthcare coaching or patient support operations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Starting Salary: $147,000 - $165,000 (plus stock options, bonus or commission potential)
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
