The Program Manager leads day-to-day activities and works closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction, financial and schedule performance, and risk/opportunity management. Responsible for providing the centralized planning, direction, and control required to meet the cost, schedule, and performance goals throughout the lifecycle of the RIM program. Lead all meetings and the integrated project team (kick-off through project closure). Must have experience managing a program with subcontractor business content. Proficient with developing program/project plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Must have experience throughout the program lifecycle from development through sustainment, including equipment proposal purchase development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts, including implementation of cost reduction and performance improvement efforts.
Required:
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing contracts focusing on program optimization
