Compensation: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

As a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, focused on delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
- Prescribing necessary medications and treatment
- Conducting comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Collaborating with physicians and specialists on patient care
Qualifications and requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Certified as a family or geriatric nurse practitioner in Florida
- Ability to build strong rapport with patients
- Thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Active APRN license
- Current BLS certification
- Active DEA license
- Must be able to visit patients in North Jacksonville, West Jacksonville and Nassau County, Fl
