If you have experience with global accounting and financial services - completed accurately, timely and in full compliance of accounting and legal regulations - consider a strategic role within on our management team - Controller. This is a divisional Controller position focusing on the Accounting and Expense Disbursement Services of NEI. Our parent company is the NP Dodge Company.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and develop personnel in accounting and expense administration, creating corporate metrics to manage operational efficiency and best practices while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax, legal and regulatory regulations
  • Participate as a member of the Strategic Leadership team to advise executive management on the financial implications of business activities, make recommendations to enhance financial performance, manage the financial operations, annual budget process, and provide financial forecasting and monthly analysis
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place to remain compliant with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

Job Qualifications:
  • Finance or accounting bachelor degree with good working knowledge of GAAP, IRS and regulatory review and analysis experience
  • Results oriented with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence, along with strong interpersonal skills to communicate, manage, and motivate staff at all levels
  • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills with sound judgment when making decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
