Responsibilities:
talent development, succession planning, team member evaluations and feedback (regular cadence) emphasizing expectations, and accountability; chart audits as needed
engagement/recognition/regular meeting cadence with team members and Ops; share metrics/MM performance/Rev CDI or Zotec feedback
assist recruiting, onboarding, orientation of physicians (and APPs if applicable to your site)
scheduling; address team concerns timely; submit admin activity logs to RMD/Ops/NMD Patient Experience/Satisfaction
advocate for patients/families, incorporate patient feedback in decision-making, respond to concerns work to identify/implement programs to improve patient experience and understanding Quality and Safety
Compensation: $145.00 - $150.00 per hour
