The Space Systems (S2) product line is looking for an Independent Contributor Contracts Manager in Hudson NH to manager and oversee a classified portfolio of programs. This role would be responsible for a wide array of activities on well established classified programs within the S2 product line, support proposals and future work to grow the product line and partner with a sister product line (AC&S) to oversee and assist with a small percentage of their classified portfolio. To allow for some flexibility a small percentage of the role will process commercial orders.

This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal and customer requirements with limited guidance or supervision from the Contracts Director as a direct report. This manager would closely coordinate any and all RBA and DOA related items to ensure proper acumen at the Product Line level. The successful candidate will need to interpret and communicate business commitments and alternatives to the program team and management. This position requires an extensive knowledge of government contracting methods, applicable laws and regulations and the ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. Some desired skills are:FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience International experience Experience with agreements other than contracts (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, distributor agreements and/or software license agreements) Proven strong written and verbal skills Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member Makes decisions using sound judgement while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principals and applicable state and federal laws and regulations US DoD Clearance TOP SECRET or higher with DoD Investigation conducted within last 5 years
