Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst, will serve as a vital member of the Pavlov's Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This leadership role encompasses budget development, performance analysis, and decision support.

Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst, will serve as a vital member of the Pavlov's Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This leadership role encompasses budget development, performance analysis, and decision support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Director of Finance will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models that drive data-driven insights into the Company's commercial strategy and expansion opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Planning: Manage the formulation of annual budgets and forecast deliverables. Work with CFO to develop stretch goals. Work with the CFO to development reporting that aligns with the Company's strategic goals.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and refine financial models to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Leverage these models to assess industry trends, evaluate capital expenditures, and guide expansion strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Generate comprehensive management reports and financial packages on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis. Analyze historical results against budgets and forecasts, conducting in-depth variance analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and streamlined budgeting processes. Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
- Automated Reporting and Tools: Drive the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools, enabling real-time financial performance monitoring. Implement new systems and processes to enhance efficiency in data utilization.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and track KPIs and objectives, providing regular updates to inform decision-making.

- Performance Reporting on Products
- Reporting on M&A activity
- Working on Diligence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and systems analysis methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an controller, or financial analyst.
- MBA, CMA or CPA certificate would be a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
