Kaseya is looking for a Finance Director Global Commissions to focus on leading our commissions team.
This role will have an India based team. The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance. This individual will help influence and drive the strategic direction of how we compensate all go to market motions across the company, making sure all 1500+ quota carriers are paid on time and correctly, and manager the team of high performing individuals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own our commission management tool.
Make sure 1500+ quota carriers are paid timely and accurately across the globe.
Produce monthly and quarterly accruals files and reporting as necessary.
Produce high level commission analytics to present to Finance senior leadership.
Drive the operational initiatives impacting our global commissions.
Work with the GTM Sales & Strategy team to develop and lead impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with quota carriers.
Work with GTM HR Business Partner to establish effective communication streams to the Sales organization with respect to Commission Plan and Payout information updates.
Work with GTM HR Business Partner to establish effective education and training sessions for the Sales Managers and Above to empower them to resolve as many of their own inquiries as possible.
Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives.
Lead a high performing global team with diverse backgrounds as they execute on key projects and hunt for insights to drive company strategy.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally with some experience working on commissions
3+ years working in a Finance role supporting Sales
Experience leading a team
Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data
Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making
Strong communication skills and ability to work with executives at a high level at the same time being able to zoom in and work with an individual to help explain a line item.
MBA a plus
