Position Summary
The position of Business Development Operations & Maintenance ('BDOM') sells the firm's products and services to any potential purchaser in the energy industry. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the BDOM closes and implements growth opportunities of varying levels of complexity. The BDOM's most important means of interacting with customers and prospects is through face-to-face meetings. The BDOM is responsible for achieving the assigned sales objectives and departmental KPI's.

Position Responsibilities
- Taking the lead with qualified project opportunity that were directed from Market Analyst by talking directly with the client regarding their needs and PROENERGY's capabilities.
- Complete Go Get and Blue Sheet forms to qualify opportunity to support the sale.
- Typical sales calls will have a longer duration with client while outlining specific project needs, resources, timelines, and scope of work, providing experience lists, coordinate vendor pre-qualifications, submit approved NDA's, terms and conditions, and approved commercial documents by selling standards first + exceptions.
- Traveling to engage client meetings on an as needed basis to progress inquiry.
- Focus on selling AeroAdvantage - Transactional and Contractual
- Develop monthly KPI metrics.
- Leads all aspects of the sales process to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed.
- Sells "PROENERGY" as a complete Energy Generation Services Provider.
- Refers opportunities for growth in products and services to other company sales and business resources, as appropriate.
- Manages new customers' expectations and satisfaction with the implementation process.
- Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to the Account Manager following a successful implementation.
- Assist other sales and services resources when called upon by the Senior Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or comparable Industry experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years Business Development & Sales experience in the power industry.
- Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collect data from verbal input, as well as hard copy documents.
- Editing and proofreading skills are imperative, along with the ability to work to a dead-line.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite programs, including understanding software, hardware, networks, etc.
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions percentages area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry, thermodynamics, chemistry, and electricity.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to do walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping and lifting up to 50 pounds.
