Pay: The pay range for the Executive Sous Chef position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage food preparation and cooking activities.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes.
- Monitor and control food costs and work within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Strong background in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Proven experience in food service management, catering, and restaurant operations.
- Preference for applicants with 10 years or more in culinary and cooking.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control practices.
- Preference for ServSafe certified applicants.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills in a culinary environment.
- Proficiency in food management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Beverage pairing and/or bartending experience a plus.
