Founded in 1988, we pursue projects requiring a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout the country. We are looking for the next Branch Manager to join our growing team in Mobile, AL

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager oversees all processes and procedures associated with branch operations. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day execution of branch activities. The Manager manages personnel and activities ensuring successful execution in delivering our products and services - all in a manner that leaves our customers supremely satisfied - in accordance with our quality expectations, in a profitable manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize, manage, and direct assignments, duties, and performance of branch personnel
  • Optimize profitable revenue growth
  • Manage the Operations, Service, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, and Administration functions of the branch
  • Oversee continuous improvement in order to achieve defined Branch goals and objectives
  • Review the financial performance of the branch to assure compliance with budgets and assists with collections where needed
  • Guarantee ongoing projects meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Support safety as a priority in effort to minimize or eliminate accidents and compensation claims

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Budget preparation and execution
  • Organize, plan and direct activation of multiple complex projects
  • Effectively organize the branch and personnel to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and bidding procedures
  • Perform detailed workflow analysis
  • Read, interpret and analyze contract documents, engineering drawings, schematics, and plans to prepare and administer customer expectations
  • Troubleshoot complex projects
  • Proficient in PC software applications

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in managing construction projects
  • Professional demeanor with excellent leadership skills
  • Demonstrated successful project and business management experience

Expectations:
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Work flexible schedule to meet job requirements and travel as needed
  • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
