The Senior Product/Brand Manager will facilitate the growth & vision of our Home and Personal Care Brands by leading the programs and strategy that align to market opportunities in the LATAM region.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing Communication
    • Work collaboratively with the Global and Country Marketing teams to create and communicate regional brand strategy.
    • Secure brand materials for brand campaigns and new product launches in collaboration with central team as well as regional and local production
    • Travel to LATAM region to support local execution on marketing plans, collaborate in business reviews and visit key retailer stores.
    • Lead best practice sharing among the region and globally.
  • Product Strategy
    • Collaborate with central team in the development of annual strategic product plans, to ensure relevance and competitiveness in the LATAM region. This includes working with units to ensure in-depth market analysis, effective promotional activities, market research, forecasting, pricing strategy, and execution at point of sale.
    • Manage product life-cycle management to ensure portfolio efficiency and anticipate replacement development.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Work closely with regional digital marketing lead to ensure alignment of all Digital Marketing activities with Brand & eCommerce Strategy.
    • Manage and direct efforts with internal team & outside Agency partners to develop and implement social media platforms for all brands.
    • Collaborate with in the development and execution of Digital strategy with the (Channels, Content, Tactics, Budget, KPIs and Goals).
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Business Strategy
    • Support overall LATAM strategy of the business according to each market situation and making sure to maintain global alignment.
    • Follow up in business results and address challenges with the local teams.
    • Implement process and procedures that drive the marketing planning. Specifically ensure that all product marketing plans are based on consumer/customer insights of the marketplace.
    • Support key line reviews, regional and strategic partners' presentation with marketing and product materials.
  • Financials
    • Review all P&L metrics per country and identify category/product risks and opportunities.
    • Track Marketing budgets (regional and in-country) and work close with LAHQ Finance to update information.
    • Analyze market needs to provide better tools in terms of product, campaigns, etc.
    • Coordinate creative services needs and priorities.

Education and Experience Profile
Education and Experience Profile
  • 10 years of CPG marketing experience
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA preferred.
  • Understanding of new product development process from concept inception through market introduction
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple countries (at least in 4 LATAM countries), and cultures.
  • LATAM Regional experience required.
  • Experience in the development and execution of annual marketing plans, preferably including advertising, media, and consumer promotion planning.
  • Development of new and existing item pricing strategies
  • Has participated in key account sales presentations and has demonstrated strengths in working closely with sales department.

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, able to work across multiple constituencies and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Ability to internalize consumer insights that facilitates the strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written communications)
