About the Team
This is a rare chance to become part of the international LAND400 Phase 2 Project Management team being based in Brisbane and working collaboratively together with colleagues in Europe to deliver a great capability to the Australian Army.
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Director L400-2, the Program Manager L400-2 Non Turreted Variants is responsible for Program Management of each of the non-turreted vehicles through to System Acceptance Audit.
The Program Manager L400-2 Non Turreted Variants ensures all deliverables are planned and delivered on schedule and to the requisite standard; inclusive of Mandated System Reviews, Data Items and respective hardware.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline;
- Formal certifications in Project Management (Prince2, PMP or CPMP);
- Substantial experience in Project/Program Management, preferably within the Defence Industry;
- Experience in managing projects and project resources including subcontractors and multiple service providers using PM methodologies;
- Operational knowledge and capability of the Microsoft Office Professional;
- Eligibility to obtain an NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required); and
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required.
