InHome Therapy is searching for a Developmental Director serving the Florida market. The position is remote and requires candidates to live within the market they will serve Florida.

The Development Director is responsible for identifying, managing, developing and growing Major Partnership accounts across all IHT markets. They are responsible for supporting the long-term success of their Agencies throughout the partnership. They lead solution-development efforts that best address Agency needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary back-office team members. And most importantly, they develop growth opportunities that are mutually beneficial. The Development Director reports to the VP of Operations for the assigned region.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a RISE ambassador, communicating and educating all partners to the IHT commitment to Quality for agency partners. (The RISE protocol will be explained during the interview process. The requirement here is the ability to align with company values and share company vision with stakeholders.)
  • Lead strategy around Agency retention: identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and provide unparalleled customer service
  • Serve as a clinical liaison between agency and IHT back-office team
  • Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and Agency stakeholders
  • Be the "Account Escalation": address all escalated Agency requests and coordinate responses; provide Development Director with updates
  • Act as the connecting thread for internal teams with the Agency across the customer journey.
  • Attend agency Quarterly Business Review alongside the Development Director
  • Communicate IHT clinical capacity to agencies on a regular basis
  • Facilitate and assess Agency satisfaction through voice of the Agency
  • Work closely with business development and operations teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Identify at-risk customers and address issues w/internal teams
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for upselling and expansion
  • Engage with Agency leaders to align business goals, improvement priorities and success strategies


Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical, business, and/or marketing required.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, home health preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and improving customer relationships.
  • Strong autonomy, attention to detail, organizational skills, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, swiftly changing environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, able to effectively communicate (written and verbal), and proactively manage Agency expectations.
