Timpte is looking for a Service Manager at our Lebanon, IN Customer Support Center. This role will be responsible for managing and leading the Service Department to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Pay for this role is up to $90k/year (DOE) + quarterly bonus!!

Primary Responsibilities include:
Achieve Sales and Margin targets as set in the Annual Operating Plan.
Generate incremental revenue of Service Parts & Service Labor through new customer acquisition.
Management of Shop Efficiency & Productivity.
Direct supervisor of the Trailer Technician team.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
3-5 years of service and management experience.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
Must have working knowledge of how trailer is assembled.
Must have the ability to estimate timelines for repairs
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
